SHIPPING

DELIVERY TIME

  • Normally, delivery occurs within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation at Spodd. In any case, delivery will take place within 30 days from the order date.

  • Delivery is exclusively made to the address provided by the customer and explicitly after the full payment has been received.

  • The customer is obligated to inform us of any address changes before placing a new order, at the latest during the ordering process.

  • The customer bears the risk of any delay in the delivery of the ordered goods if the change of the delivery address was not communicated as per the contract.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Spodd delivers to Austria, Germany, and other European countries.

  • The packaging and shipping costs are:

  • €7 for deliveries within Austria

  • from €18 for other European Countries

  • The packaging and shipping costs may be adjusted to current market prices at any time. All changed prices and fees will be promptly published in the updated section on our website.

  • Delivery is carried out by the Austrian Post or their international logistics partners.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL

If certain products are not available or cannot be delivered within the time frame specified in §4 Abs.1 at the time of the order, the customer will be promptly notified, either in writing or by phone. If a subsequent delivery or replacement is not possible, Spodd has the right to withdraw from the contract and will immediately inform you of the unavailability as well as refund any consideration you have already provided.

MINOR CHANGES

Minor or other changes to our performance or delivery obligation that are reasonable for our customers are deemed approved in advance. This particularly applies to deviations resulting from the nature of the product (such as changes in size, color, quality, etc.).

RETURNS

RETURN COST

Only items purchased at regular prices are eligible for a refund.

Promotional or discounted items cannot be refunded.

14 DAYS TO RETURN

Return window: 14 days from the date of purchase. We allow the return of purchased goods, for example, if you want to exchange the size, within a period of 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

CONDITIONS & RETURN PROCESS

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Please include a purchase receipt (order confirmation or invoice) to complete your return.

  • Do not send the item to the manufacturer but to Spodd.

  • For items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or incomplete (for reasons not attributable to our error), partial refunds may be granted.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned merchandise.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If the refund is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your credit card within a few days.

  • If an exchange item is no longer available, you can choose to receive a refund or receive a voucher for the value of the exchange item.
